Ordering Process
All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that we believe violate our terms or involve suspicious activity.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes (typically 3-5 business days), we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are expected to pay the full amount as shown on their order invoice upon delivery of the package.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic and as described. In case of damage, leakage, or a wrong item on delivery, we offer a replacement or return within 48 hours of delivery, subject to verification. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Limitation of Liability
Benz Cosmetics provides the service "as is". While we aim for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, shades shown on screen, or other content on the site are complete or error-free. Always patch-test new products and check ingredient lists if you have sensitivities. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products.
